Terms of Use

The rules for accessing and using the PartnAir service.

Zuletzt aktualisiert · 16. Juli 2026

Dieses Dokument wird auf Englisch bereitgestellt. Die französische Fassung ist maßgeblich.

These Terms of Use ("ToU") govern access to and use of the partn-air.com website and PartnAir applications (the "Service"), published by TBF. By accessing the Service, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these ToU. Commercial and financial terms are governed by the Terms of Sale ("ToS").

1. Purpose

PartnAir is an AI-agent platform for the automotive aftermarket. It extends distributors' parts counter into their partner garages' messaging: capturing requests, identifying references, quoting, ordering and tracking.

2. Access to the Service

  • The Service is subscribed to exclusively by parts distributors, wholesalers, distribution groups or buying centres. Their staff and the partner workshops they equip may access it as authorised Users; it is not intended for consumers.
  • Access requires an account created within the distributor's contractual scope. A workshop account is provisioned by the distributor, or by PartnAir on its instructions, and does not constitute a direct workshop subscription. Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity under their account. Any unauthorised use must be reported without delay.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

Users agree to use the Service fairly and for its intended professional purpose. In particular, they must not:

  • compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Service (intrusion, injection, bypassing controls, unauthorised automated bulk extraction);
  • use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading purposes or in breach of third-party rights;
  • publish or transmit unlawful, defamatory or infringing content;
  • divert the AI agents from their purpose, attempt to extract their system instructions, or generate abusive content;
  • resell, sub-license or make the Service available to unauthorised third parties.

4. AI agents

  • The Service relies on AI agents whose outputs (references, prices, availability, quotes) are provided as assistance and may contain errors or approximations.
  • The professional user remains responsible for verifying information before any binding decision (order, fitting, invoicing the end customer).
  • Decisions with contractual effect require human validation. PartnAir provides escalation to a human operator for sensitive or disputed cases.
Detailed operation and safeguards of the agents are set out in the AI Usage Policy.

5. User content

The user (or the professional customer they belong to) retains ownership of the content they submit (requests, photos, vehicle data, messages), and grants PartnAir a non-exclusive licence, for the sole duration necessary to deliver the Service, to host, process and display that content.

The user warrants that they hold the necessary rights over submitted content and will not transmit data they are not authorised to share.

6. Intellectual property of the Service

The Service, its software components, interfaces, trademarks and databases remain the exclusive property of TBF. These ToU grant no ownership, only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the term of the contract.

7. Availability and maintenance

PartnAir uses reasonable means to keep the Service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Planned or emergency maintenance may be necessary. Applicable service levels for customers, if any, are set out in the ToS.

8. Liability

The Service is provided under a best-efforts obligation. PartnAir cannot be held liable for indirect damage, nor for the consequences of use that does not comply with these ToU, an input error, or a failure to verify by the professional user. Liability limitations applicable to commercial relations are set out in the ToS.

9. Suspension and termination of access

In the event of a breach of these ToU (in particular fraudulent use or a security threat), PartnAir may suspend or remove the relevant user's access, without prejudice to the professional customer's rights under the ToS.

10. Changes to the ToU

PartnAir may amend these ToU to reflect changes to the Service or regulations. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of use; the update date appears at the top of the document.

11. Governing law and disputes

These ToU are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent courts as provided in the ToS.
