PartnAir is an AI-agent service. For transparency, and in line with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence (the "AI Act"), this policy describes what the agents do, the safeguards around their use, and the role that remains human.
1. What the agents do
PartnAir's agents assist the parts counter: they interpret natural-language requests, analyse photos of parts or plates, identify references, estimate prices and availability, prepare quotes and orders, and track exchanges between garages and distributors.
2. Humans stay in control
- Decisions with contractual effect (approved quote, placed order) require human confirmation.
- No solely automated decision within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR is imposed: human intervention is always possible.
- Sensitive, ambiguous or disputed cases can be escalated to a human operator.
- The professional remains responsible for verifying references, prices and availability before any commitment.
3. Limits and reliability
Like any system based on language and vision models, the agents can produce errors, approximations or incomplete answers ("hallucinations"). PartnAir implements safeguards — reference verification, traced sources, confidence thresholds, closed-set matching on the catalogue's parts families — but does not guarantee absolute accuracy.
4. Data and training
- Your business content is sent to the models only to produce the expected response, as part of delivering the Service.
- We do not allow our providers to train their models on your data: processing is limited to inference.
- Each customer's data is isolated (see Privacy Policy); an agent only accesses data within the relevant scope.
- Agent memory serves to improve answer relevance for your own account, with no sharing between customers.
5. Models and providers
PartnAir relies on third-party AI models (notably via OpenRouter and Google Gemini for vision), selected and steered for quality, latency and cost. The list of sub-processors and transfer safeguards are in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
6. Expected responsible use
Users agree not to divert the agents from their professional purpose: no attempts to extract system instructions, no generation of abusive, unlawful or misleading content, no bypassing of safeguards. These rules supplement the Terms of Use.
7. Reporting and contact
Does an agent's answer seem wrong, biased or inappropriate? Report it: hello@partn-air.com. Your feedback feeds the continuous improvement of our safeguards.
