Connect sources. Prepare the work. Execute under control.

For the distributor, PartnAir connects the network’s channels and systems of record. It reads only authorised data and writes only when coverage, permissions and approval allow it — through to the experience provided to partner workshops.

Connected ecosystem

Connectors classified by role, not a wall of logos.

Identification, catalogues, network, workshop, documents, communication and accounting: each connection shows which side of the network it serves and its public status.

Live, Pilot and Soon describe product availability. For ERP, only the matrix below states the evidence level of each operation.

Integration boundary

Read, prepare, execute: three levels that must remain distinct.

01

Read

Consult authorised customer, vehicle, catalogue, price, stock, status or document data with its source and freshness.

02

Prepare

Normalise the request, reconcile information and build a quote, order, appointment or case draft without changing the system of record.

03

Execute

Write only a covered operation, with valid credentials and scopes, required approval, idempotency, correlation and logging.

If an operation is not covered or a source is unavailable, the case stays in manual mode: PartnAir does not simulate prices, stock or ERP confirmation.

ERP contract v1

ERP connector coverage

A matrix of what is proven, connector by connector and operation by operation.

“Certified” = verified end-to-end against the real ERP. “Available” = implemented and covered by the contract suite, but not yet exercised against the real ERP. “Partial” = incomplete. “Planned” = the contract exists, the connector does not implement it yet.

Coverage belongs to a connector and its version. Customer activation still depends on credentials, available data and agreed acceptance criteria.
