Does PartnAir replace our ERP or DMS?

No. ERP, DMS, catalogues and other business tools remain systems of record. PartnAir is an execution layer that understands requests, assembles context, prepares authorised actions and sends them to existing systems.

How is an agentic chain different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers a question. An agentic chain keeps one case across several areas of expertise: identification, parts, quote, approval, order, planning, follow-up or dispute. Each agent takes over without losing context.

Which decisions remain human?

Rules follow the level of risk. A sensitive substitution, out-of-policy price, customer commitment, order or dispute resolution can be prepared by agents and submitted to the responsible person.

What do Live, Pilot and Soon mean?

Live means available and demonstrable today. Pilot means deployed with partners in a controlled scope. Soon presents product direction and is never sold as already available.

What is PartnAir, in practice?

An AI-agent platform that extends your parts counter into a simple messaging inbox. Your garages write the way they speak, the agents capture the request, find the right reference, price it to your margin and prepare the order — you supervise from a real-time cockpit.

Do my garages have anything to install or pay for?

No. The conversational experience and its agents are included in your plan. Your garages get a simple link, write from a messaging inbox they already know, and have nothing to install or pay for.

Does it connect to my ERP and my catalogue?

Yes, when a compatible adapter exists for your ERP. Only flows listed in its coverage matrix are enabled, after acceptance testing on your data; other flows remain manual.

How quickly am I up and running?

The schedule is set after qualifying your ERP, available data and the flows to acceptance-test. The pilot starts once the agreed acceptance criteria are met.

Can the AI agents pick the wrong reference?

Every reference is checked against the request and the vehicle before sending, and always comes from your catalogue. At the slightest doubt or conflict, the line is frozen, the case prepared, and control returns to your team. Never a rough guess.

Who sets the prices and margins?

You do. You configure a floor margin and your rules; the agent applies them to every line, at real cost. Every amount stays traceable back to its source and to your margin rule.

Is my data isolated from other distributors?

Yes. Each counter sees its own data, and only its own, with strict isolation (RLS PostgreSQL). Your catalogue sources stay under attested licence and belong to you.

How much does it cost?

The plan has three tiers — Counter, Network, Group — and pricing is set according to your number of garages. Your partner garages are always included. Request pricing tailored to your network from the Pricing page.
