Maintenance & operations
Updates, support, service levels and responsibilities are defined separately. Infrastructure, AI compute and third-party licences are identified in the quotation.
Intellectual property
PartnAir platform components are licensed for use. Rights to custom developments, source access, escrow or assignment are separately negotiated and priced.
Dedicated deployments require an Enterprise agreement following architecture and dependency validation. They are not a standard subscription toggle. Installation on your premises does not automatically transfer PartnAir intellectual property.

Data, inference, logs, backups, support and administrator access: we map processing and jurisdictions with your teams. GDPR, the Data Act where applicable and local requirements are assessed during scoping. Local hosting alone does not establish compliance. A hosting provider’s qualification does not certify PartnAir.
